惠澤染色機(jī)發(fā)明的一種用于L型雙布槽V形低浴比的染色機(jī)，包括頭部機(jī)身(1)、中部機(jī)身(2)和尾部機(jī)身(3)，頭部機(jī)身(1)、中部機(jī)身(2)和尾部機(jī)身(3)依次通過全焊透自動(dòng)焊接成染色機(jī)本體；所述頭部機(jī)身(1)位置設(shè)有導(dǎo)布輪(11)和噴嘴(12)；所述中部機(jī)身(2)至所述尾部機(jī)身(3)區(qū)域內(nèi)鋪設(shè)有雙布槽(23)，尾部機(jī)身(3)的一端設(shè)有導(dǎo)布管(7)；導(dǎo)布管(7)的一端連接所述噴嘴(8)，另一端連接到所述尾部機(jī)身(3)的雙布槽(23)；頭部機(jī)身(1)和尾部機(jī)身(3)均傾斜向上設(shè)置，并與中部機(jī)身(2)形成V形結(jié)構(gòu)。本發(fā)明的機(jī)身結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)合理，V形結(jié)構(gòu)大大降低浴比，節(jié)省了儲(chǔ)水面積。
